CEOs means a lot for a company: think about how Microsoft has changed going from Ballmer to Nadella. It has bought the hand-tracking company Leap Motion various months ago for $30M since the two hardware are a perfect fit the one for the other. A game launch in 2019 is far different than a game launch in 2016.
