The conference and expo saw nearly 7,000 attendees, a 30% increase over 2018. RealMax's AR and VR device with hand tracking by Leap Motion and an epic 102-degree field of view, was used for a multiplayer AR game which involved grabbing fish and knocking over boxes.

Then there are the problems that are inherent to all hands-tracking solutions like Leap Motion : no haptic feedback, virtual hands that trespass objects they are interacting with, and such. in 2018 ( according to SuperData ). These numbers are cool, but to put it in context, Fortnite alone has made $2.8B Half Dome 2 and 3.

Whereas last year’s VR setup felt like a bit of a last-minute tag-on, the 2018 edition received well over 500 submissions from all over the world, from which they shortlisted 33. You don a Vive Pro headset, equipped with leap-motion sensors for hand tracking, and are also able to communicate with your partner via voice.
