Xreal Air 2 Ultra are true AR glasses, but they only work with two specific Samsung phones. Xreal, formerly Nreal, is a China-based company that actually launched the first consumer AR glasses in the US, Nreal Light , in late 2021. The company claims shipping will begin in March. There's an important caveat here though.

OMG, it’s almost 3 years that I write these roundups… the first week peek was exclusive for my blog subscribers and it featured as best news the release of Google Blocks and in the other news something about Samsung Gear VR… how much time has passed since then! Apple Glasses may release in 2021 for $499. Magic Leap raises other $350M.
