So much so that SK hynix this week is very publicly announcing that the company's high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production capacity has already sold out for the rest of 2024, and even most of 2025 has already sold out as well. This leaves Samsung as the only member of the group not to comment on HBM demand so far.

Being the first company to ship HBM3E memory has its perks for Micron, as the company has revealed that is has managed to sell out the entire supply of its advanced high-bandwidth memory or 2024, while most of their 2025 production has been allocated, as well. These KGSDs will ramp in 2025 and will be used for next generations of AI products.

First of all, Google has to keep the work on the headset very secret also internally , because Samsung is afraid that Google will steal its expertise to build a competing product. Development is taking its time, and no glass based on Micro XR is expected to hit the market before 2025.

According to a new leak, Microsoft scrapped the plans for a HoloLens 3, and also the collaboration with Samsung has been brought to an end.
