If this is true, it is a true bummer, because the next-gen AR glasses, codenamed Artemis, are only going to be built in 2027. But the news of the day is that Meta should assemble only around 1000 units and keep the glasses for internal usage and demos. The road toward widespread AR glasses is still very long and complicated.
