I do a lot with Apple technology. So we set up a website called iPadEducators.com, which went on to win an award, and it led to both of us becoming Apple distinguished educators. And that's partly because people's understanding of VR is, "I can look around to 360 image. I can potentially look around a 360video."

I think people were all moving towards glTF, and then Apple decided, “hey, we got our own file format, USDZ” — how do you manage a hundred different…? We were launching partners of Apple for USDZ and we’re working on it. Alban: That was a volumetric video; we processed it and uploaded it to Sketchfab.

Companies like MagicLeap and Hololens, those are great devices where most of the compute is done on the headset… well MagicLeap is actually done on a pack that’s wired in. And I think nobody really knows what Apple is working on. It’s not just about playing video games or looking at 360videos.
