I just got back from Lisbon, where I attended AWE Europe. Unity should anyway be the first engine partner, something that doesn’t surprise me considering the litigation between Apple and Epic Games, the company behind Unreal Engine. Some people say that Facebook threatens to leave Europe, but I think this is never happening. The game is very different from its predecessor, and it is less a realistic combat simulator and more an adrenaline multiplayer game, like Unreal Tournament or Quake Arena. Nreal may launch in Europe next year.
