The World Map in this world therefore isn’t a 2D street map like we have with Google Maps or Open Street Map, nor is it a 3D map with terrain and building volumes. Both Azure Spatial Anchors and Google Cloud Anchors are leveraging existing strengths in mapping towards the AR Cloud. Insane, yet companies are mapping it already.

The Quest has dominated the searches on Google and it has gone sold out quite soon, and people that really wanted to buy it had to buy it from some online resellers that offered it at higher prices. RealMax's AR and VR device with hand tracking by Leap Motion and an epic 102-degree field of view, was used for a multiplayer AR game which involved grabbing fish and knocking over boxes. AWE is a snapshot of a developing industry, though it does not have participation from major players with developer conferences of their own.

At worst, use Google Translate. Personally, I have made the first translation with Google Translate, then I asked my assistant Miss S to check and correct the translation. Since when you are in China it is more difficult to buy stuff (language barrier, Google services blocked, etc…), try to buy the most while you are at home.

Google unveils Starline communication solution. At Google I/O, Google has announced Project Starline, an interesting project it has worked on for five years. I find Starlight an AMAZING project on the research side , and I think that all these technologies Google has developed for it may be re-used in other XR projects.
