Which proved incredibly useful, giving me 24-hour access to fully equipped service workshops, plus a secure outdoor space for paint spraying or working with adhesives and plastics. These optical windows were a proud design feature on the HTC Vive headsets, but are much more subtle on the Index equipment making them harder to identify.
