This is not the review that I was expecting to write for the Apple Vision Pro. Last Friday, I took the day off work, and went down to the Apple Store in Polo Park, giddy as a kid on Christmas morning, to pick up my pre-ordered Apple Vision Pro. I am returning the Apple Vision Pro for one reason and one reason only.
Just last summer I visited the factories of Boeing, Tesla, Ford, and Louisville Slugger. That said, the real battle over the future of computing has barely even begun, which is what I said in an analysis of what it means for Apple and Magic Leap, on Sunday. Thanks to my lot in life I’ve gotten to travel to see a lot of jobs.
