Play For Dream MR was announced back in June , but at the time the company only confirmed it was launching in China soon, Singapore and Malaysia in October, and then Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Japan sometime in 2025. Play For Dream MR Specs & Details Play For Dream MR's design is clearly heavily "inspired" by Apple Vision Pro.

Valve was collaborating with eye-tracking company SMI to add eye tracking to OpenVR (thanks u/PrAyTeLLa for noticing it), and this is a clear sign that it is interested in this technology, but I’ve also to warn you that some months later this announcement, SMI has been acquired by Apple. An Apple-linked company applied to trademark 'xrOS' in New Zealand. Spotted by The Verge's Parker Ortolani , the word mark uses Apple's SF Pro typeface and was filed by Deep Dive LLC, a firm believed to be a shell company of Apple. The Information and Gurman have previously reported the product will be priced around $3000.
