Since that time, I’ve climbed other big mountains (Mount Rainier, Mount Whitney, Cayambe) and lot of smaller ones (I just finished climbing all 48 of the New Hampshire mountains over 4,000 feet). But overall, the trend has been towards a healthier weight?—?one one that I’m continuing to pursue into 2022.
