Furthermore, my involvement is primarily confined to one particular social VR platform, AltspaceVR, owned by Microsoft, making most of my experience the product of a niche within a niche within a niche. We think that the model works really great, and there’s a ton of value having all of those folks in New York, but it doesn’t mean that there isn’t five or ten great startups in Boston or wherever.
