In 2018 we did a case study where people were invited to use virtual reality in a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) fashion. Participants used a wayfinding app on two VR headsets (Oculus Go with a hand controller and Samsung Gear VR), as well as on a smartphone which was the reference condition. No headphones were used.
