With the rise of location-based entertainment and blistering pace of tech advancements in AR, VR, AI, machinelearning and robotics, our collective is creating immersive experiences that merge stories, emerging technologies, blurring the lines between gaming, film and play in the physical and digital world.”
Green Bay was an address I became familiar with after the novel experience of tracking my tracking system as it slowly moved across the US through many different locations including Chicago and New York before finally reaching the UK several weeks later. What next? Tundra schematics (Image provided by Rob Cole).
The book begins by highlighting Alphabet (parent company to Google) as a prime example of a company that is "all in on AI," with machinelearning powering many of its popular services like search, Maps, Assistant, and Gmail. These [all-in] companies hire data scientists, machinelearning engineers, and so on.

How did you get involved in VR and learning? It is transforming education by experiential learning. And again, that is to help students learn faster, retain information longer, and make better decisions. The biggest one is a dissemination machine to up to 7-10,000 users. Alan: I’m really, really excited.

I learned this the hard way in mid-January during an NFL playoff game between the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals. The internet is essentially the world's biggest slot machine, the smartphone is the world's smallest slot machine.you would lose interest in your smartphone instantly if it were not connected to the internet."
Alan: So, would the things like computer vision and machinelearning, would that fit? Accenture has different groups, like a group headed dedicated to artificial intelligence, things like cloud computing, and machinelearning is a part of artificial intelligence. Would you bundle those under XR as well? Alan: Incredible.

To learn more about the work he’s doing at Bose, you can visit developer.bose.com. But I really wanted to have a forcing function to teach myself a program for Android, learn Eclipse, etc. Michael: I believe in XR as the empathy machine. I guess I wanted to highlight the empathy machine aspect of it here.

It was a 6DOF simulation machine. And I think there’s one in Chicago, mass VR that’s on that scale, too. And so they’re starting to learn about the whole notion of bundling, and what’s going to drive adoption. And I still haven’t seen a lot of that yet. Alan: What about racing games? Bob: Yeah, so.

We are getting to a tipping point where the convergence of Artificial Intelligence and Immersive Technologies will transform the way we teach and learn beyond recognition. The next step then is to use AI and machinelearning to “teach” systems to filter, adapt and personalize interactions accordingly.
Until, unfortunately, such an incident became part of the story that I was writing about; when, in September, The Daily Beast published an article titled Palmer Luckey: The Facebook Billionaire Secretly Funding Trump’s Meme Machine.
