He handed me the Oculus Touch controllers and I played a round of Swish, the carnival version of basketball, that tasked me with shooting as many hoops as possible in 45 seconds. At the end, it does look like motion controllers are used to actuall throw the ball rather than just using only gaze-based aiming.

Ryder has over 80 books to his credit , mostly in the Star Wars, Transformers and Indiana Jones space. For Oculus, Vive, Steam and WMR, we are releasing on 11/21/18 and for PSVR on 12/18/18. And how are you thinking taking in count the evolution that headsets and controllers will have in these two years?

Paul George of the Indiana Pacers is plastered over the introductory screen and the Pacers court is the only playing space in the experience. Anyone that’s going to try playing a VR sports game, especially one that uses your hands, will want to use motion controllers. It’s hard to understand what happened here.

In addition to supporting the Oculus Rift, the Indiana Jones-style adventure is compatible with standard monitors for Windows, Mac and Linux. Intuitive controls and a minimal UI make it easy for anyone to dive right into the action. In VR and traditional monitors players control their marble with a keyboard or controller.

Eye of the Temple is an upcoming room-scale puzzle game that basically turns you into Indiana Jones—torch, hat, and bullwhip included. In the impressively large demo (it took us 45 minutes to complete), you use your bullwhip to grab out-of-reach levers, which control everything from moving platforms to giant stone puzzles.

On July 8th, Sam & Max: This Time It’s Virtual, one of the most awaited VR games of 2021, will be released on Oculus Quest (you can wishlist it here ). Titles like Monkey Island, Sam & Max, Maniac Mansion, Indiana Jones have made the history of video games, and people of my generation have very fond memories of them.

minimum Controls: touch, voice. There are no controllers, but Ultraleap hands tracking (you can use it with FinchShift controllers, though). $500 for this device is a steal. Oculus has a similar practice too, and developers are forced to use its payment system for all IAP, about which Facebook takes a 30% cut.
