HTC’s lightweight VR device is designed primarily for lifestyle and light entertainment. HTC today unveiled the Vive Flow, a portable VR glasses device. Unlike existing VR headsets such as the HTC Vive or Oculus Quest 2, the Vive Flow is aimed primarily at mental and physical wellness rather than AAA gaming or enterprise.
Also continuing the theme of VR support for Mac, Industrial Light and Magic staffers demonstrated the first-ever native HTC Vive demo on a Mac system. The refreshed Mac system will come with enough horsepower needed to render HTC Vive-ready content at a comfortable 90-frames-per-second refresh.
Expected to be rolled out in phases prior to the theatrical opening on November 17, 2017, the Justice League VR experience will have a four-stage unveiling that culminates with a full blown room-scale experience for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, Google DayDream and Sony PSVR. After spending just a few hours with the Oculus Quest hardware, Pavlov VR developer David Villz (davevillz) confirmed yesterday via Twitter that the fast-paced multiplayer shooter will be heading to the standalone headset. As far as cross-platform support goes, don’t expect to be battling alongside your friends on the HTC Vive anytime soon.

One of the first accessories for AR/VR I had the opportunity to work on is the Leap Motion hands tracking controller : I made some cool experiments and prototypes with it and the Oculus Rift DK2.
