Availability of Quest 2 direct from Meta seems to have dried up, as the company’s last-gen headset is now showing out of stock in nearly all regions—likely making way for what’s next. Although you can probably find new Quest 2 headsets from the usual online retailers and stores, when Meta pulls the plug on direct availability on any headset, it typically means there’s something just around the corner.

To avoid awkward and sometimes disastrous learning content, instructional designers must use authentic translation in the right context to get optimal results. For example, even a simple phrase like “got milk” translates to “are you lactating” in Mexico. Can you imagine what a straight translation might do to your course? The IL-2 Sturmovik series is one of the longest-running combat flight sim series out there, and the next game is coming to VR. Following on from IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle Of Stalingrad getting VR support in 2017, Korea. IL-2 Series is set to hit Steam in 2025, lining up with the 75th anniversary of the Korean War ending. It has been one of my highlights for the event, so you should absolutely read about it. Doublepoint I have known Doublepoint since when it was called Port6 and a video about its use of a smartwatch to activate home appliances became a bit viral on Linkedin.
