Skydance’s Behemoth is coming to all major VR headsets in December, promising to be one of the biggest VR game releases this year. Now we got a peek at the game running on Quest 3, and it’s really looking the part. Initially targeting a November 14th release, developer Skydance Games announced last month that it was delaying Behemoth to December 5th to give the team more time to polish what’s been couched as its next “AAA” VR title.

That’s what Dig VR developer Just Add Water and publisher Wired Productions are trying to avoid, as the big digger sim was previously scheduled to arrive just two days after Batman: Arkham Shadow.

Max Mustard has sold more copies in two weeks on PlayStation VR2 than it did on Quest. Following its recent launch on PlayStation VR2 two weeks ago, developer Toast Interactive offered some insights on its success with VR platformer Max Mustard. Calling the support from PlayStation players "overwhelming" in a new Reddit post , the studio confirmed that the PS VR2 version has sold better in the first two weeks than on Quest.

Motorola phone owners will soon be able to wirelessly see and use their device in VR on Quest's Horizon OS. Announced in a guest appearance by Mark Zuckerberg at Lenovo Tech World 2024, Motorola's Smart Connect app is coming to Horizon OS as a 2D app "in the near future". 0:00 / 0:37 1× Zuckerberg said this will let you "interact with any apps on your phone and a much bigger virtual screen", though only with Motorola phones.

At the time, Arizona Sunshine was a groundbreaking experience as one of the very few VR games that stretched beyond wave shooter/tech demo status to offer a full, if somewhat brief campaign. Three years later, Vertigo Games achieved a feat that many thought impossible when they launched an iteration for the limited hardware of the original Quest.

We recently went hands on with Vive Focus Vision, HTC's newest headset that launches today. If you missed the announcement last month amidst all the Meta and Pico news, Vive Focus Vision is a refresh of Vive Focus 3 with color passthrough, eye tracking, more RAM, and support for lossless PC VR via a DisplayPort adapter. While Vive Focus 3 was only officially sold to businesses, HTC is marketing Vive Focus Vision to consumers too, mostly as a PC VR headset via the $150 DisplayPort accessory.
