Qualcomm Cancels Snapdragon X Elite Dev Kit

Qualcomm has canceled its Snapdragon X Elite development kit, promising to refund those customers who pre-ordered it. The dev kit was due to ship in June but pre-ordering has been available since May this year, various sources have reported.
