Google , Intel, Facebook and Microsoft have all either already begun or announced significant VR initiatives in the past 12-24 months. Most recently, Apple hired Zeyu Li of Magic Leap — perhaps the most well known AR company in existence — as well as Yury Petrov from Facebook’s Oculus.

I think that, after a year, its specifications don’t sound exceptional anymore and maybe it is better that LG jumps directly to a second generation or that enters the standalone market (as it seems, since there are some rumors about a new revolutionary headset screen developed by Google and LG). Magic Leap releases its SDK.

Viveport is improving a lot, and now HTC is also launching the Vive XR Suite , which will be distributed thanks to the support of a strong network of partners like HP, NVIDIA, Baidu (the Chinese Google), and Accenture. Most people know Xu due to his dispute with American virtual reality company Magic Leap. In June 2019, Magic Leap accused Xu of stealing AR glasses technology when he was an engineer working at the firm. The company was later acquired by Google in 2010. However, in June 2020, a U.S. 12- Tipatat Chennavasin.
