Chinese people study English in high school, but then they have little occasion to use it, so most of the time they lose the ability to understand it clearly. All passers-by found interesting to hear a weird Italian guy speaking in Mandarin, so a good group of people stopped at our booth just to hear me speaking in Chinese.
