But no… the company said this was a functional prototype, and everything inside the lens was real, working hardware. When I walked into Mojo Vision’s demo suite at AWE 2022 last month I was handed a hard contact lens that I assumed was a mockup of the tech the company hoped to eventually shrink and fit into the lens.

While VR hardware and software continues to improve, what we’re really excited about is *you* , the content creators. Rather than have a small group being the guinea pigs to test the effectiveness of VR, we’ll see whole departments at companies (or the entire companies themselves) adopt the technology to make them more effective.

Make no mistake then, the Neo 3 Link is very much a beta product in search of guinea pigs. This limited release is intended to both test the waters of the consumer VR market and help prove out the company’s software and hardware offerings as it plots new devices and expansions to the US.
