Sony researchers built prototype VR controllers that can adapt to different use cases, and I got to try them. Since the researchers are building a haptic system, not a tracking system, the controllers were tracked by strapped-on HTC Vive trackers, with base stations set up in each corner.

My favorite ones have been: Sony Interactive Entertainment has revealed that the next PSVR headset will be called PSVR 2 and will feature 2K x 2K per eye, up to 120 Hz framerate, and 110° FOV.
