Because if Apple is just going to repeat the same use cases of the HTC Vive and Meta Quest 2, but selling it at $3000, it is just going to fail spectacularly. That’s why the headset should be available by the end of the year, and my bet is that Apple is trying to have it ready before the holidays. But the big question is the “how”.

You are organizing a very important XR-related event here in Italy called Im-Arch, can you tell us what gave you the idea to start it? It will start on May, 31st and end on June, 2nd 2018 and will feature conferences and workshops.

In all of this, someone has created the design for a Leap Motion mount for the Index that exploits the frunk. HTC has released some interesting statistics on the VR market. Every year, HTC conducts a big survey on the Chinese VR market and shares the results with the community. 5G is coming to Italy.

From my tests, the image on the screen appears slightly distorted, so there will be something to fix on HTC’s side. Better integration with HTC phones. It seems cool, but I would like to try it to believe in it: all the times that someone promised me some kind of sensory magic, it never turned out so good as they told me (like with the phantom touch sensation that Leap Motion told me about ). HP and Microsoft have a long track in offering enterprise hardware, so this headset may battle HTC on his own land (B2B). First of all, Peter Chou, ex founder of HTC , has launched his startup XrSpace, with his first VR headset Mova (that you can see in the header image of this post), together with its social XR platform Manova.
