One of the first accessories for AR/VR I had the opportunity to work on is the LeapMotion hands tracking controller : I made some cool experiments and prototypes with it and the Oculus Rift DK2. Probably Ultraleap, or even when it was just LeapMotion, should have aimed to be bought by a headset manufacturer before all the major XR brands started developing hand tracking internally. The first one of them, which is rather surprising, is that its developers are not passionate about virtualworlds.
