Qualcomm is the company making almost all the chipsets and the reference designs upon which almost all XR headsets of nowadays are based upon. At the beginning of 2020, the American company will finalize its reference design based on this chipset, and in the second half of the year we will see the first headsets implementing this technology.

So at least the collaboration with Valve is true, but notice that it has not been on the headset, so they got no reference design from Valve, it has just been on the software integration. Magic Leap 2 has inside-out tracked controllers. During a presentation, Magic Leap has unveiled some more features about its headset and controllers.

HTC 5G streaming. HTC was at MWC showcasing its new headset Vive Focus Plus together with a 5G network. There was a real 5G network created by HTC where on one side there were some special computers that mocked a rendering farm and on the other side there was a user wearing a Vive Focus Plus. The look it provides is also cool.
