The first universe is being revealed on Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR. The game is expected to release on Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, although Andy hopes to implement cross-platform support for multiplayer experiences. The Netherlands-based crew has their hands full with an impressive amount of projects on the horizon.

And also, yeah, the Samsungs get a bit melted. Alan: We actually melted one of the Samsung Gear VRs back in the day. Alex: On the last burn, we actually had to put two Samsungs in and one Fusion. And we pulled the Samsungs out at different times just to make sure we had a cause of the fire, up until it gets too dark.

Its userbase is superior to known PCVR headsets like the HTC Vive Pro and Pro 2 and most probably in the next weeks, it will also surpass the Pico 4. We don’t have much information about them, but Samsung trademarked the name “Samsung Glasses” some time ago, so this may be a possible name.
