Markers can be used to define where to show virtual elements, and in the demo that I tried were used to show virtual Chinese artworks in a room; Leap Motion device on Realmax glasses.

3D objects had washed out colors , a bit like when you see AR objects through HoloLens 1 and Magic Leap One … they appeared a bit semi-transparent. Even worse, it wasn’t able to track my finger movements well (it was worse than Leap Motion … and Leap Motion doesn’t have worn sensors!). It was just WONDERFUL.

Another big kudos comes from the fact that Snap is clearly showing all the limitations of the device in its communication : in all photos and videos, you can spot the limited FOV of the device, something that instead all the other AR companies try to hide.
