In the US, stores like Microsoft, Gamestop, and Micro Center host Vive setups offering public demos, while you can find the system in Europe in locations like Currys PC World, GAME, and Scan Computers. Top news of the week (Image by HP) Microsoft officially drops support for its Mixed Reality headsets Microsoft has just released the infamous Windows 11, version 24H2 update. I think this speaks a lot.

Probably they have calculated that this is the right moment to enter, the very beginning of the road to mainstream adoption.

HP has fixed many of the visual problems of the headse t, and Microsoft has just released a patch on Windows 10 that aims at solving many visual issues of all WMR headsets (like Chromatic aberration). But honestly, I expected a bit more … it’s a bit weird that Microsoft hasn’t solved its biggest pain point yet. More info.

For those who missed the news, Sony revealed in March that the long-running PlayStation Plus subscription program is getting a much-needed update. It's definitely more complex than a single PS+ subscription ever was, but you can simply roll with the Essential plan if Sony's previous way of doing things was enough.
